Another parks group invests

The UK-based Partington Group, with six holiday parks in the north-west, has picked up a funding package worth £5m from HSBC UK.

It intends to use the money to develop new facilities at its parks, notably at its Newton Hall venue near Blackpool, where it will launch Walterz, a new-style FEC with bowling, F&B and a wealth of new games.

Its other parks are at Skipton, the Lake District and two other near-Blackpool venues.
