American Amusement Arcades, the operating division of Lieberman Companies, has acquired all of Superior Vending's amusement locations in Minnesota, US.

Superior’s owner Andrew Schmitz said he will focus on his ATM and amusements businesses in Wisconsin, as well as the two restaurants he operates.

"This is a win-win for both parties," said Schmitz. "Lieberman expanded its amusement footprint and Superior can redeploy capital and personnel in other business segments."
