Adventica, a Lithuanian leisure provider, will open its first location in Germany next year.
Opening in the Rhein-Ruhr Zentrum (RRZ) in Mülheim, Germany, Adventica and the centre’s owners, Eurofund Group and Signal Capital Partners, have agreed a long-term lease for a 3,300sq.m space.
The new location will complement the offerings of the RRZ and will be located in close proximity to anchor tenant Cinemaxx and the food court.
Adventica is now present in several European countries, and its ethos to provide high quality, safe and dynamic entertainment locations for families. The offer is aimed at families with children and teenagers and includes a variety of zoned activities that appeal to all age groups. It combines adventure, educational and sports activities climbing, trampolining, karting and many other activities for all ages.
The opening of the centre is planned for the first quarter of 2025, and refurbishment work began in September.
