The Perthshire village of Stanley will have a new and improved Active Kids Adventure Park from this Friday, March 17.

Having been closed since late October 2022, visitors to the newly expanded adventure park will be able to enjoy new features such as an indoor "treehouse-themed" playground, a toy shop and new cafe with its own outdoor terrace.
According to the Daily Record, the team behind Active Kids Adventure Park has also been working on centring child development and discovery at the play space, partnering with Perth Autism Support in order to enhance accessibility.
Business manager of Active Kids Adventure Park, Rowland Thomson, said: “As one of the most popular outdoor adventure parks in the area, we could see there was a need to provide an all-year-round play facility for families to visit.
“By redeveloping our indoor spaces, introducing a much larger cafe, toy shop and a beautiful treehouse-themed indoor playground, we are sure both children and adults are going to have an amazing experience here at Active Kids.”
Thomson added that visitors to Active Kids Adventure Park should book in advance to avoid disappointment.
