The organiser of EAG International Expo is partnering with hotel booking agency Event Express to help those planning to visit the show to arrange suitable hotel accommodation.

ExCel ExCel

The London show is taking place on January 22-24 at ExCel London and, although there is no shortage of hotel rooms in the area, the organisers are keen to ensure finding appropriate accommodation is as straightforward as possible.

“There are almost 3,000 rooms in the immediate vicinity of ExCel, not to mention the nine hotels at nearby Canary Wharf and Stratford City,” said organiser Karen Cooke. “We’re very aware that finding the right accommodation can be difficult and time consuming.”

This is why, she said, the company has appointed hotel booking agency Event Express.

“Event Express has been chosen because of its highly personalised service and because it specialises in the event market,” Cooke continued. “EAG International Expo is a very personal show with the organising team always on hand to deal with queries. This philosophy has to extend to our partners.”

Stephen Arthur and his team at Event Express have personally visited the hotels around ExCel and are available to give friendly, impartial advice, she said.

“The level of personal attention they deliver is quite exceptional, with guests even being helped with issues that may arise after their stay, such as billing queries and lost property. Like us, they give a complete service and are always available at the end of the phone."

As well as accessing competitive room rates, visitors and exhibitors booking through Event Express will be able to take advantage of a flexible booking policy that allows them to add and subtract rooms with no penalty, right up to a week before the expo. The company can be reached via the EAG website.
