The Wildfox Adventure Valley plans, to be sited in Afan Valley, have been approved by the Neath Port Talbot Council.
With rock climbing, an indoor waterpark and 570 holiday lodges on offer, the £250m development is being touted by local counciler Scott Jones as a "massive game-changer" for the area, reports BBC News Wales.
The new resort will be set over 326 acres, and will also include a 50-bed hotel, spa, restaurant and more.
A series of mountain bike trails will allow visitors to move across the site's different attractions.
