Twenty-five thousand JCM bill validators have now been fitted to Category C AWP machines in the UK, reports JCM UK branch sales director David Morosoli.
The company’s Vega+RC (plus recycler) was introduced into the British market in 2009 and has the ability to accept and to pay out banknotes from machines.
In 2009 the biggest problem for the UK pub sector was starvation of £1 coins in the hoppers, which the Vega+RC eliminated. A two-drum version of the recycler unit has now been launched by JCM to pay out two separate denominations.
