Rob Wheeler, founder of Rimini Systems, believes the EAG event at London's ExCeL on January 10-12, will be the first at which the industry can take stock of their business post-Covid and start looking to the future.

Wheeler, who was part of the technology teams responsible for developing and introducing the game-changing TITO solutions to the UK-market, said: “2023 is strategically the right year to take a strong presence at EAG which is exactly what we’ve opted to do with a large stand alongside Ask Global.

"We will be showcasing a wide variety of technology products, most notably the Guardian TITO and Guardian CMS, the scalable machine management and accounting solution for multi-site operations. “In many ways I think the UK industry regards this as being the first proper show after businesses have gone through the chaos of Covid and the subsequent lockdowns that we all faced.

“Whereas in 2021 and 2022 the issue was about whether they had a business to develop, the question in January 2023 with a recession in play, is 'can we grow and return to what trading was like three years ago before anyone in the UK had even heard of Covid.'”
