Victoria Park, located in the city of Brisbane, is set to be transformed in a huge redevelopment which includes outdoor activity options.

The AUS$141m project for the 64 hectare space (concept art pictured) will offer a high-ropes course and BMX track, alongside a treehouse, wetlands, and edible garden and more, to visitors of the park.
Lord Mayor of Brisbane, Adrian Schrinner, said of the project: “What people wanted to see was the re-wilding, the creation of an urban forest and that’s our blueprint. This huge inner-city greenspace represents a unique opportunity to deliver a lush destination that serves our city forever.”
He added that Victoria Park will become a “must-do for visitors," with the project now moving from the "planning phase to the delivery phase."
Victoria Park is being touted as the host for aspects of the Brisbane 2032 Olympics, with sports including BMX and equestrian events.
