InterGame rounds up some of the leading parts and components suppliers to find out how they are able to stay ahead of the game when it comes to keeping games running on site.

Spares

IF a machine breaks down in high season it can be extremely costly. Operators need to call on a supplier who can identify the problem and dispatch the part in the quickest possible time.

“Speed is key when it comes to supplying parts,” said BANDAI NAMCO Amusement Europe’s Steve Short. “If an operator has a £20,000 machine, then they will not want to be waiting around for a £5 part, particularly if that game could be earning £500 in just one weekend.”
