TICKET redemption remains one of the amusement industry’s driving forces as it continues to attract both new and long-term players in a variety of markets around the world.

The US is a clear example of the way in which ticket redemption has forged a path in the industry. The average monthly income per machine is US$1,200, with direct-vend alternatives such as cranes bringing in around $1,300. The surging numbers of FECs in the US has only gone on to fuel redemption’s prominence; each location’s significant product offering contributes 33 per cent to an FEC’s overall income, including F&B.
