FOR the past 40 years or so, redemption has ruled the roost when it comes to arcades and FECs. An idea so simple it’s hard to believe it hadn’t been done before. Why not reward the guests for playing games?

Technology changes, trends come and go, but one thing that has remained constant over that time is the popularity of this segment of the industry. Hordes of guests flock to FECs around the world to win tickets, collect tokens and exchange them for prizes.
