WITH the best intentions from a design point of view, an amusement machine still has moving parts, still has electrical components and remains susceptible to the wear and tear that comes with that.

As a result, machines break down, they need new parts and operators are reliant on manufacturers to provide the parts and services to get them up and running again. The issue with these situations is time. If a high-earning machine goes down during peak season it can be very costly for an operator.
