The $2.6bn Encore Boston Harbor opened yesterday morning, with Wynn Resorts expecting to draw up to 50,000 visitors before the end of the day.
On average, Wynn expects around eight million visitors a year and analysts forecast the property to generate more than $80m in EBITDA this year and $244.05m next.
The casino opened with 3,100 slots and 231 tables, an 88-table poker room, a 671-room hotel, 12 restaurants and 71,000sq.ft of indoor and outdoor conference space.
