A former casino in Brighton, UK, is up for sale after the building's holding company went into administration.

The property on Queen’s Road used to house Sergeant Yorke’s casino and was at one stage being developed into a hotel, The Argus reports.

However, following the news that the holding company is experiencing financial difficulties, Colliers is now handling the sale.

The former casino site is located in an area of the city that Brighton and Hove City Council is aiming to regenerate.
