Mark Mackay, who was appointed to the role of CEO of The Star Gold Coast in September, has resigned his position, effective immediately.
The Star has commenced a process for recruiting a new chief executive officer for the venue.
Mackay followed Jessica Mellor in the role, who was appointed in October 2023 and resigned in April 2024.
Steve McCann, group chief executive officer and managing director commented: “We thank Mark Mackay for his assistance and wish him well for the future.”
