Juegos Miami, the new event concept for the Pan-Latin American and Caribbean gaming industry, is gaining support from market leaders.

Since announcing the launch of the event, Clarion Events and Urban Expositions has confirmed the support of companies such as Novomatic, Merkur Gaming and Aristocrat.

The invitation-only event is designed with the aim of allowing operators, legislators, buyers and business owners to build relationships and network.

Courtney Muller, executive vice-president at Urban Expositions, said: "Our vision for an event created to meet the specific needs of the region and including product, a multi-stream conference programme, social and networking events, land-based and online training, has struck a chord with the industry.

"From the outset, our objectives have been to bring the right people together, at the right time of the year and in the right environment.  By working with and listening to the needs of the market, we have been able to secure the right timing and the right environment.

"I am delighted to say that the positive response from the supporting companies we have announced today, confirms that we are well on course to attracting the right participants to an event that is set to break the mould for business-focused gaming in this extremely important region."
