In what marks the third straight month of growth, US gaming revenues rose 2.78 per cent to $3.396bn in May, according to Fantini’s National Revenue Report.

The month continued the steady pace, with revenues now having risen in four of the last five months and May coming in just shy of 2.93 per cent year-to-date growth.

Regional revenues were mixed, but Nevada was steady, with the Las Vegas Strip growing three per cent alone. Factor out Nevada and gaming revenues rose 2.5 per cent.
