International sales of slot machines are up, although the US market is flat, reports Fantini’s Gaming Report, citing Eilers and Krejcik Gaming.

Global sales are up six per cent in the second quarter of the year, with 36,200 units sold, but in the US sales were at a constant level: 18,100.

The "big four" suppliers took 78 per cent of the sales between them, IGT, Scientific Games, Aristocrat and Konami, with the remainder shared between other suppliers.
