Russian gaming operator CJSC Shambala has been given permission to build a casino in the country’s Primorye gambling zone near Vladivostok.
“Primorye has high potential to become an international class entertainment resort,” CJSC Shambala president Maxim Smolentsev said. “Therefore we are interested in becoming its residents. We want to offer the most large-scale and ambitious project in the zone.”
The proposed complex will include a five-star hotel with at least 250 rooms, restaurants, a bar zone, day spa and night club. The first stage of the project will take about two years and phase two will take three years.
