Scientific Games Corporation has promoted Michael Quartieri to the position of executive vice president, chief financial officer and company secretary, succeeding Scott Schweinfurth.
Quartieri will be based at Scientific Games’ Las Vegas, Nevada, global headquarters. The promotion comes less than a month after Quartieri joined Scientific Games as vice president and corporate controller.
He had joined after nine years at Las Vegas Sands. Previously, Quartieri had spent 13 years at Deloitte and Touche.
Gavin Isaacs, Scientific Games president and chief executive officer, said: “Michael has a proven track record of achieving results by partnering with operations to drive growth and cash flow, while implementing significant strategic, financial, and operational improvements.
“He has quickly become a key member of our leadership team, and we look forward to Michael's many contributions in the years ahead.”
