Bars and taverns in Clark County can open on Monday, meaning nearly all of the slots routes in the US state of Nevada will be operating again.
All involved will still have to follow the state’s various protocols, including capacity limits.
Meanwhile, Governor Sisolak’s Covid task force decided to maintain the cap of 50 people at any one gathering in Las Vegas. Taskforce leader Caleb Cage said that would require changing statewide standards, which the task force is not authorised to do.
July was the fourth straight month with zero convention attendees in Las Vegas. Most trade shows and conferences have been cancelled or postponed to next year ,due at least in part to those limitations.
