Gaming revenues in Macau through to June 15 were flat compared to last year at $1.7bn as gamblers take time out to focus on the World Cup.

Dave Bain of Sterne Agee says he expects revenues this month to be from minus two to plus three per cent. Cameron McKnight of Wells Fargo now expects June to be flat to down two per cent against his earlier projection of plus 1.5 per cent.
