Like many developments in the casino industry, central management systems have taken several large strides forward in recent times.

The first systems were relatively basic and their main purpose was reducing the burden of administration for operators. By contrast, today’s systems are much more modular and flexible and have the added function of increasing casino revenues. They also vary massively in scale, ranging from huge bespoke systems for large casinos down to more affordable off-the-peg versions for small operators with more limited budgets. But they can all deliver whatever the operator wants, be it cashless, ticket-in ticket-out, player tracking, loyalty programmes, jackpots and much more.
