Konami Gaming has promoted Jay Bertsch to the post of system sales senior director, with his previous role, business development director, going to Danielle Rankin.
The new appointments are intended to offer support for the company’s Synkros systems division.
Ross O’Hanley, vice president of North American sales at the company, said: “With years of demonstrated expertise and customer commitment, Jay Bertsch possesses the qualities to advance the distribution of Synkros in the global gaming marketplace.
“As the Synkros install base continues to expand, these appointments provide the leadership necessary to preserve customer relationships and develop new strategic partnerships.”
