Konami has successfully completed the installation and subsequent field trial of its Konami Casino/Club Management System across approximately 550 gaming machines at the Revesby Workers' Club's four properties in Sydney, Australia.
As a result, KCMS is now approved by the Casino Liquor and Gaming Control Authority for use throughout the New South Wales market in both single site and wide-area network configurations.
Revesby Workers’ Club has chosen KCMS to manage its slot machine accounting, reporting and analysis, player marketing, virtual drawings and TITO.
Scott Bennetts, chief operating officer of Revesby Workers’ Club, commented: "Our decision to implement Konami’s KCMS was based upon its proven ability to manage multi-site environments, such as ours, as well as its renowned data-mining, player tracking and marketing functionality. The streaming video capabilities of the KCMS player tracking displays are also a great way for us to communicate directly with our members and to display live sporting events at the machine."
Gary Freeman, Konami Australia’s national sales manager, added: "We are pleased to have been selected as the club management system by the Revesby Workers’ Club.
Konami recognises that the NSW and broader Australian markets are globally important and ones that we are committed to. In addition to being the system of choice for the local casino here in NSW, we are now excited to be able to offer a premier management solution to club operators as well."
