JCM Global, one of the gaming industry’s leading transaction technologies suppliers, has added two new sales representatives to its EMEA sales and service team.

Their combined total of 30 years of transaction technology experience across the EMEA territory brings a depth and breadth of experience that will benefit JCM customers across the region. Jim Foster has joined as sales manager and will oversee the company’s gaming and commercial accounts in the UK, Benelux region and the company’s Nordic sales territories.

Foster has a wide range of sales and technical experience in gaming, retail and transportation transaction technology in many countries. Most recently he served at Money Controls as sales manager for northern and eastern Europe. Also joining the JCM EMEA team is Alan Lee, who is the company’s commercial sales manager for central and eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Lee, who speaks English, German, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien, has more than 15 years of sales experience with cash handling devices in countries around the EMEA region. Most recently he served as business development manager for MEI. JCM’s EMEA general manager, Payam Zadeh, said: “We are very happy to welcome Jim and Alan to the JCM EMEA team. Both bring strong technical backgrounds, a high level of commitment to service and experience working with clients in multiple countries and those traits will serve our customers very well.”
