Industry leaders and key figures from the gaming sector gathered at the Hyatt Hotel in Sofia, Bulgaria for the second iteration of the annual Gaming Industry Gala Dinner.
Organised by the Association of Organisers of Gambling Games and Activities in Bulgaria (AOGGAB), the event welcomed almost 260 guests on November 26, the night before the start of BEGE 2024.
Kicking off the event was a rose ceremony, paying tribute to the host nation which is renowned for its rose plantations. Each guest was also presented with their own Golden Spades pin as “a token of appreciation for their participation and support for responsible gaming,” said the event organisers.
The event was supported by the president of the European Gaming Federation and leading gambling associations in the Balkans.
The event also features the Golden Spades awards, recognising 12 key companies for their achievements thoughout the last 12 months.
