The Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Florida, US, is set to host the World Series of Poker for the first time.
The tournament will start on September 21 and last for two weeks. The Florida stop of the WSOP circuit is scheduled to start with a $580 No-Limit Hold’em $500,000 Guaranteed Opener which will last between September 21 and September 24.
The main tournament of the event will occur between September 29 and October 2. Players interested in competing for a share of the $1m guaranteed prize pool can buy their way in for $1,675.
The player who wins in this event and the player who accumulates the greatest number of points at a given stop will both receive entries for the WSOP Circuit Global Casino Championship, which marks the end of the season.
