Mann will report to Gregory Gronau, president and chief executive officer. He will oversee GPI's financial reporting and participate in strategic management of the company and will also serve as CFO and treasurer of subsidiary Gaming Partners International USA. He replaces Gerald Koslow, whose departure from the company was announced on September 3.

Mann previously served as chief audit executive at Tropicana Entertainment and director of enterprise risk management at Caesars Entertainment.

"Mike's experience in both the gaming and specialty manufacturing industries will be invaluable in helping us move our joint agendas of growth and margin improvement," said Gronau. "I am looking forward to partnering with him to advance our goals of profitable growth and increasing stockholder value."
