GoldenRace has introduced a new method of placing bets on its retail terminals.
The Preticket option allows bettors to choose their bets on a self-service terminal to receive a code.
The bettor then presents the code to the betting shop’s cashier who will print the ticket.
GoldenRace said the solution is designed to prevent queues, delays and crowded counters in shops.
“With players placing their bets in advance with GoldenRace’s Preticket option, many shops may find they need fewer staff on the floor,” the company said.
“Meanwhile, players enjoy greater autonomy and faster service. The result? More bets placed per hour, less employees and a better betting experience for everyone.”
