More than 200 regulators and industry experts from across North America came together for Gaming Laboratories International's ninth annual Regulators Roundtable.

The conference, titled Linking Worlds Together, took place March 16-17 at the South Point Hotel Casino Spa in Las Vegas and also featured hands-on training at GLI’s Las Vegas Lab.

The Regulators Roundtable is part of the company’s GLI University training programme and featured two days of informative panels. GLI President James R Maida opened the event by inviting regulators to look at emerging technologies beyond the gaming industry, and the potential benefits and impacts they could bring to the industry.

GLI holds roundtables each year around the globe. Next, the company will hold its sixth European Regulators Roundtable on April 15-16 in Haarlem, the Netherlands. A South American roundtable is slated for later this year.
