Just as so many other sectors of the market have been impacted by the economic downturn, so too has the furniture sector, according to the chief operating officer at Gary Platt.
Skip Davis believes that the quality of his company’s products will enable Gary Platt to continue achieving great success in the future.
"In a market that is challenged it’s tougher to sell a cheaper chair," he said, stating that the company has a dedicated ergonomist on its staff to enable it to develop the best possible furniture solutions for the gaming industry.
"Everyone talks ergonomics, but we’re the only ones doing it. We’re the only ones practising what we preach," he said. "We went to the office furniture industry, used the same concepts and brought that to the gaming industry."
