Empire Resorts might expand its $452m Montreign Resort casino project in the Catskill Mountains in the US state of New York.
Elements of the project will include an 18-storey hotel, a 350-room non-gaming family resort water park, a 200,000sq.ft entertainment village with retail and a Rees Jones-designed remake of the Monster Golf Course.
In addition, Empire is considering expansion that would add conference space and more hotel rooms. Total investment would reach $1.1bn.
