Gaming content provider Everi Holdings is acquiring "certain strategic assets" including game development technology and intellectual property from Atlas Gaming.
The agreement, which also covers Atlas Gaming Technologies, should close within the next two months.
Atlas is an Australian developer of gaming content and the assets will complement Everi’s existing game development studios and portfolio. Everi said that it would also pave the way for an expansion into international markets.
Everi vice-president Dean Ehrlich said: “Atlas’ game developers and engineers will bring a global perspective that will help us execute a more robust product roadmap and support our growth strategy.”
