The European Casino Association (ECA) has published its new Manifesto for EU policymakers, outlining its vision and commitment to supporting the new European Commission's goals for 2025-2029.

This document, the ECA states, outlines it “dedication to supporting the EU policymakers in implementing the goals proclaimed by the new EU Commission, protecting the member states economies, safeguarding consumer well-being, and championing economic growth.”
The ECA stated that its manifesto is founded on “three pillars” that underscores its association’s priorities for the next five years.
The first of those is “support,” with the ECA assisting the EU in ensuring a safe, well-regulated gaming environment. The second is “protection,” promoting responsible gaming and consumer well-being. The third is “promotion,” driving economic growth and advocating for a fair regulatory framework.
“This document reflects our commitment to supporting the EU and member states’ efforts to uphold a regulated and responsible land-based casino sector,” said ECA chair Erwin van Lambaart.
“We call on policymakers to collaborate with us in safeguarding the integrity of the gaming industry against illegal operators while fostering economic growth and protecting consumers.”
