The company, which operates the UK’s National Lottery and related products, has moved from the Czech Republic.

The relocation has no effect on Allwyn’s Czech workforce or lotteries or gaming operations.

“As of the date of relocation, the €500m 3.875 per cent senior secured notes due 2027 originally issued by Allwyn International have been transferred to Allwyn Entertainment Financing (UK) as substituting issuer,” the company added.
