Spanish manufacturer-operator Cirsa Group has bought two Novomatic companies in Peru, according to press reports.
The deal was concluded on July 1, apparently, using the Cirsa subsidiary Gaming and Services SAC to buy all of the shares in Inmobiliaria Rapid SAC and Sierra Machines SAC, the Novomatic subsidiaries operating 17 slots locations in Peru under the Admiral brand.
The sale was part of Novomatic’s strategy of concentrating on the marketing and sale of gaming machines and terminals in the country.
