Gaming Laboratories International has named Blaine Preston senior client services representative.

In his new role, Preston will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service to key gaming and lottery clients. He brings more than 15 years of professional experience in regulatory technical compliance, risk management and security operations to his new role.
Most recently, Preston served as director of security for the Missouri Lottery where he managed the security staff, investigations and system security compliance programme. He was also responsible for conducting in-depth licensing and background investigations, as well as managing lottery security oversight for more than 4,800 licensed retailers throughout Missouri.
Before that he served as enforcement manager for the Missouri Gaming Commission. His responsibilities included regulatory compliance and enforcement, drafting rules and regulations, conducting investigations and ensuring regulatory oversight of 13 Missouri-based casinos and corporate entities.
