The formalities surrounding the restructuring of the major German AWP manufacturer Bally Wulff Group, based in Berlin, have been completed.

The process of changing the ownership of Bally Wulff to leading operator Ulrich Schmidt of Coesfeld, has now been completed. Shares in Bally Wulff were wholly acquired by a company owned by Schmidt and therefore the manufacturer becomes officially part of The Schmidt Group.
In a statement, Bally Wulff said that the restructuring "secures decision-making and a financial future." The statement said that the quality of the current range of products from the company, plus the additional guarantees, would lead to further positive development and "internationalisation."
