The organisers of the Australasian Gaming Expo, set for Sydney from August 14-16, have released details of the seminar programme that will run for the three days of the event.

The programme looks at the future of the industry in the region, covering important developments in technology, gaming, hospitality, service and  customers. The sessions will be held in the state-of-the-art seminar rooms at the ICC Sydney, where the show is being held. Attendance at the seminars is free to visitors.

It will begin on the 14th with the future of gaming in Australia and will be followed by the IMGL Masterclass, covering international and domestic legal trends relevant to the region. On the second day the morning session will cover food, hospitality, service and events, dealing with the customer experience and operators’ staff. The afternoon session will deal with current trends and the harnessing of social media to communicate with customers.

On the third day, the only session will take the form of a summit on pubs and hotels and the operation of gaming equipment within them.
