David Bollesen, chief technology officer at Ainsworth Game Technology, is leaving the company immediately on mutual agreement.

In a statement put out yesterday, the company thanked Bollesen for his “significant input and expertise” during his tenure and wished him well for the future.

“David has overseen the execution of transitional product strategies which have laid the foundations to position the company for continued improvements in product performance and the achievement of growth across all regions,” said AGT CEO, Harald Neumann.

“I thank David for his dedication and contribution during his service with the company and we wish him well for the future.

Ainsworth has commenced a search for a new CTO, to be based and the company’s Las Vegas operation.

“In the interim, the CTO role will be overseen internally by the respective regional presidents, in conjunction with game studio leaders,” continued Neumann. “I am confident that the current management within product development areas will ensure no disruption in the execution of the planned product roadmap.”
