Slovenian management systems developer Advansys was on hand at IGE London to promote the latest additions to SlotScanner, including onegame, a new business intelligence platform that collects databases into a single system.
The system enables operators to focus on player activities and analyse data to give a clearer indication of a player’s future value. This, the company states, gives operators the power to maximise the potential of their business.
Regional sales manager Tina Stolfa explained that operators are now recognising the many benefits of installing sophisticated IT systems, such as SlotScanner.
"IT systems are becoming more and more important to the overall performance a casino can achieve," she continued. "They can assist with the optimisation of all types of operations, especially as our system is so comprehensive."
Stolfa said that the company’s products attracted a great deal of interest at the show and instead of viewing the current economic climate negatively, the company is seeking to "catch new opportunities."
