Swedish mobile and social developing studio OMI Gaming has been approved for a core service provider associate certificate by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

The licence granted by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission will enable OMI Gaming to provide its mobile and social games to Alderney-based online gaming operators, as well as to operators around the globe that are licensed in reputable jurisdictions.

Alderney is automatically associated with the leading and largest online operators and platform providers but we have always been enthusiastic about the small quality start-ups and OMI Gaming is just such a start-up,” said Alderney spokesman Robin Le Prevost. “It is interesting but by no means unique that they wanted their first accreditation to come from Alderney as that demonstrates to all that they aspire to the very highest standards and that will be of enormous help and value to them as they build their business and we wish them every success.”

André Orefjärd of OMI Gaming said the company was “delighted” to have received the approval of one of the “most reputable jurisdictions in the world.”

“We are dedicated to meet with Alderney’s rigid standards to be able provide the highest quality mobile and social service to our clients,” he added.
