At this year's G2E Asia expo, Bally Technologies is launching its new Pro Series game cabinets, after which they will be available to all customers throughout Asia.

Having already placed its Pro Series V22/22 Upright cabinet in New South Wales, Australia, where early performance data has been positive, the company is confident that this new line of games will prove popular throughout the region.

"These modern cabinets are highlighted by various energy-saving features and were built for easy serviceability and maximum player comfort. They support downloadable content and are ready for networked and server-based gaming environments," Cath Burns, vice president and managing director - Asia-Pacific, told InterGaming.

Bally has had great success in the Asian region with its ALPHA Elite V20 video products, particularly the Hot Shot and Quick Hit series of games. Quick Hit Platinum and Roulette have also been strong titles on its ALPHA Elite V32 cabinet.

On the systems side, the company began with just one system at the Sands Macao and now provides systems for a host of major operations, including the Venetian and Plaza casinos, Galaxy StarWorld, Oceanus, Casino Lisboa, Grand Lisboa, Marina Bay Sands and the new Galaxy Macau resort.

At next month’s show, Bally will be continuing to focus on the roll-out of its casino management system, slot management system, TableView table management product, iVIEW DM and Elite Bonusing Suite applications, as well as an array of other cutting-edge technologies.

"Our systems have been modified to meet the demands of our Asia-Pacific customer base, whether it is through junket modules, premium player modules or multi-lingual table touchscreens," said Burns.
