Justin Blair, ISMS general manager for Europe, told InterGaming that the used slots machine market has seen a significant influx of machines from jurisdictions that have changed their gaming legislation.
ISMS supplies refurbished products that meet with all manufacturers’ specifications and feature game software that is designed to meet the requirements of the particular jurisdiction where the slot machine was previously licensed.
Although the majority of its machines come from the Australian and New Zealand markets, Blair revealed that changes in other jurisdictions have seen an increase in the number of used machines coming into the market.
“With the markets in Russia and Ukraine closing down, we’re seeing plenty of machines come from this area,” he remarked.
