News of Boris Belotserkovsky, the Russian entrepreneur who for some years was heavily involved in the Russian casino industry and widely recognised in the international gaming community through his company Unicum.
After the Russian casino industry was closed down, Belotserkovsky involved himself in the ATM business and then vending through his Uvenco company.
Now Uvenco is back in the news. It has a UK subsidiary, Uvenco UK, which has just entered into a loan agreement with Cleitus Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Uvenco in Russia.
Under the agreement Uvenco UK will borrow £1m from its parent to finance its working capital requirements.
