Entain’s £750m acquisition of Polish operator STS was the headline igaming M&A movement across CEE before this issue went to press. Entain CEO, Jette Nygaard-Andersen, said the transaction is “perfectly aligned” with the group’s CEE strategy and its wider M&A approach of “acquiring high quality businesses with leading positions in attractive, growing and regulated markets.”
