This company is the next provider of the national lottery and it is the first time the lottery has changed hands in the last 25 years. It has been awarded one of the biggest commercial contracts and has huge investment assigned to focus on the retail space.
For this role you will need to be accessible to Watford at least 2 days per week and be able to travel frequently. You will be responsible for the commercial performance of your assigned region. Initially you will be focused on building internal process and procedures and delivering early engagement with retail partners. This role in the near future will evolve into a people leadership role and you will manage a team of area managers.
To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 2 years regional management experience and have past experience selling into retailers whilst working for big brands. For this role you will need to be highly commercial, ambitious and customer focused.
