iGaming client looking for a Fraud & Payments Analyst
Be one of the first few people to kickstart the team off in Malta whilst being given the opportunity to have an influence on ongoing projects and work closely with Head of Compliance.

This role is on a shift basis between 8am and 7pm.
Salary: €30k - €40k based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Review daily monitoring alerts and process escalated transactions in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Monitor transactions and analysis of customer activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse.
Assistance with special Fraud Prevention and Compliance projects.
Determine existing fraud trends by analysing accounts and transaction patterns.
Write reports, and document evidence, findings and recommendations whilst ensuring the confidentiality of all information collected during the investigation.
Administrative client account management including updating notes in accounts and processing chargebacks or returns.
Support compliance initiatives on an ongoing basis to ensure the regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
Experience in chargeback procedures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Good knowledge of investigating fraud cases, analysing fraud trends and identifying processes and system enhancements to reduce fraud risk and losses while improving systems to improve the customer experience.
Basic office skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience in AML would be an asset.
Knowledge of the Sportsbook industry would be an asset.
